Community Radio Emergency Operation 3-19-2025

This is a short course on how to communicate using hand held, and sometimes mobile, 2-way radios during an emergency in Pine and Strawberry. It is specific to radios used by CERT, and FRS and GMRS radios used by the general public, with an emphasis on PSNRW volunteers.
